Waterproof natural leather is provided to ensure water resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and cold resistance while not changing inherent property of leather, and to eject sweat generated in the human body. Waterproof natural leather is coated with liquid silicone rubber between fibers of a flesh side layer(30) of leather. A coating method of the natural leather comprises the steps of: selecting liquid silicone rubber(40) which is suitable according to thickness of leather, kind, and use; coating the leather(10) with the liquid silicone rubber by using a coating method selected from spray, roller, dipping, and brushing; and curing the silicon rubber-coated leather by using a curing method selected from thermal curing, air setting, and hardener addition.
