摘要 A fig and dry malt syrup and a preparing method thereof are provided to improve preference for modern consumers and to show excellent useful components using fig, hard boiled rice and malt. A method for preparing a fig and dry malt syrup comprises the following steps of: peeling figs and boiling and crushing them; pouring water to dry malt and fingering them and passing through a sieve to prepare malt water; pouring the malt water to hard boiled rice and keeping them at 60~70‹C for 5-8 hours to make Sikhye(sweet rice drink); removing rice grains from the Sikhye and putting the crushed figs; and bring the Sikhye with the crushed figs to boil over high heat until the Sikhye is boiled and boiling down over low heat for 22-26hours. The malt water is prepared by mixing dry malt and water 3-6 times the amount of the dry malt.
