A slope adjustment golf stage and a control method are provided, which improve mobility about the weight movement of a golfer and slope rate. A slope adjustment golf stage comprises: an inclination adjuster(100) improving the mobility about the weight movement of a golfer and slope rate; a pivot point height adjusting part(200) which widely can select and can set the slope adjustment tilt angle range; an oblique direction establishment stopper(80) which can set up to be immediately inclined to the predetermined angle of inclination; a tilt sensor detecting angle of inclination of the inclined plate; a slope adjustment golf stage equipped with a sensor guide plate(300); and a mobile tool(400).
