A one body lancet and no pain type blood collecting device are provided to easily detach the cap and lancet from the painless beater elements or the main body of blood-collecting device. The elastic member(522) is interposed between the elastic member jaw of cap and lancet fixing unit(523) of the lancet body(520). The elastic member is formed with lancet into one body. The elastic member is connected from the lancet fixing unit. The elastic member is separated from the lancet. The elastic member is made of the jar type circular ring or the drum circular ring.
