PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device overcoming defects of advanced technologies. SOLUTION: A precision arrester includes a main body with a bore penetrated, an inside conductor placed inside the bore, an inside-conductor capacitor coupled between a surge part of the inside conductor and a protection part of the inside conductor and placed at a position inside the bore, and an inside-conductor inductor electrically coupled with the inside-conductor capacitor in parallel and placed inside the bore. A first short-circuiting part is coupled between the surge part of the inside conductor and the main body, and a second short-circuiting part is coupled between the protection part of the inside conductor and the main body to guide the surge on the ground. Further, other coaxial in-line assemblies can be formed so as to take in an inside conductor cavity for isolating sealed electric components. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
