PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plug body to be easily and suitably mounted and dismounted on a base member, even though a work space is narrow and difficult to see directly. SOLUTION: The plug body 15 is moved on a surface parallel to a surface of the base member 14 between a seat cushion and a floor panel, an arc outer wall of the plug body 15 is brought into contact with an inner wall (a curved surface) of a regulation member 26, and two circuit terminals 22 and two short circuit terminals 23 are aligned with each other by turning the plug body 15 centering the inner wall (the curved surface) of the regulation member 26 in the surface parallel to the surface of the base member 14. The plug body 15 is aligned with the base member without moving the plug body 15 in the height direction as an insertion direction of the short circuit terminal 23 in spite of the narrow work space limited in height.
