PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency induction heating apparatus which can control a loss of a high-frequency current and control stably an operation of a high-frequency power source, without enlarging the apparatus even when a large high-frequency current is supplied to a heating coil. SOLUTION: The high-frequency induction heating apparatus is provided with a plurality of high-frequency circuits composed of heating coils, matching transformers and high-frequency power sources for outputting high-frequency currents, wherein a heating object is heated by each of the heating coils when the high-frequency currents generated in the high-frequency circuits are supplied simultaneously to each of the heating coils. The apparatus is provided with an opposite connection transformer for connecting opposite between the high-frequency circuits on a primary side of the matching transformers of the high-frequency circuits having the heating coils arranged in neighborhood, and an interfering electromotive force generated between the high-frequency circuits having the heating coils adjacently arranged is offset by the opposite connection transformer.
