PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing unauthorized entry into a communication device. SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus 10 includes: a first database 50 storing reference data for determining unauthorized communication; a position detecting circuit 32 for acquiring communication data, and extracting data of a predetermined length from a predetermined position of the acquired communication data as comparison target data so that the data of the position at which the reference data is stored can be included; a masking circuit 380 for masking the data other than the data of the position at which the reference data is stored, out of the extracted comparison target data; a searching circuit 30 for searching whether the masked comparison target data includes the reference data stored in the first database 50; and a processing execution circuit 40 for giving an alarm when detecting the communication data including the reference data.
