PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a carboxy group-containing nitrile rubber from a carboxy group-containing nitrile rubber latex, which improves operability, reduces a production process, production equipment, an installation cost and a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The method for recovering a carboxy group-containing nitrile rubber from a carboxy group-containing nitrile rubber latex includes using an extruder 1 in which a screw is rotatably drivably arranged in the inside of a barrel 3 having at least a coagulation zone 100 formed, the length L1 (mm) of a zone corresponding to the coagulation zone 100 of the screw, the outer diameter Da (mm) of a screw block for coagulation and the short diameter Di (mm) of the valley part of the screw block for coagulation satisfy L1/Da=4-40 and Da/Di=1.2-2.5 and kneading disks for coagulation are formed in the ratio of 5-30% based on the length L1 in a zone corresponding to the coagulation zone 100 of the screw.
