PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust an attaching position of a piston rod to a movable member in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A coupling block 22 is fixed opposite an inner mast 13, a wedge member 23 is slidably arranged in a sliding chamber 31 formed for the coupling block 22 orthogonally to an in-and-out axis O, a long hole 23c in a sliding direction is formed in the wedge member 23 and a mounting hole 32 to which a piston rod 11a is fit is formed in the coupling block 22. A fixing bolt 24 capable of fixing the piston rod 11a via the long hole 23c of the wedge member 23 and an adjusting bolt 25 capable of regulating position of the wedge member 23 are provided for the coupling block 22, a tapered surface 23a inclined at a wedge angleθis formed in a bottom surface of the wedge member 23 and a tapered receiving surface 11b inclined at the wedge angleθis formed in a tip end surface of the piston rod 11a contacted with the tapered surface 23a.
