PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut-off valve 10 allowing a worker to assemble a casing 20 composed of a plurality of members with high precision and capable of improving the sealing property of a float 61 and a sealing part 32c stored in the casing 20. SOLUTION: The casing 20 is provided with a casing body 30, a lower lid 35, a case inner body 40, and an upper lid 50, stores a float mechanism 60 in a valve chamber 40S, and raises and lowers the float mechanism 60 depending on surface level of fuel to open and close a connection passage 32b. The case inner body 40 has a cylindrical side wall part 41, an inner case side connection part 43 formed in a lower part of the side wall part 41 and nipped and held by a lower part of the casing body 30 and the lower lid 35, and a positioning projection 41a provided protrudedly in an upper part of the side wall part 41. The positioning projection 41a is protrudedly provided by the dimension for enabling the side wall part 41 to be inserted into the casing body 30, namely, up to a position being apart from an internal wall of the casing body 30 by allowance dimension.
