PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin film for use in agriculture, which has high impact strength and allows stable inflation molding. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based film is a three layer film consisting of an inner layer 11, an intermediate layer 12, and an outer layer 13. The inner layer 11 is a film layer composed of a mixture comprising one or more kinds of: a low-density polyethylene; a linear short-chain branched polyethylene; ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymerized resin; and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymerized resin. The intermediate layer 12 is a film layer composed of: a mixture comprising an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymerized resin and a metallocene-catalyzed linear short-chain branched polyethylene; a special LL; and an inorganic filler. The outer layer 13 is a film layer based on a metallocene-catalyzed linear short-chain branched polyethylene. The special LL is a metallocene-catalyzed linear short-chain branched polyethylene having a melt tension of 3.0-9.0 cN, a tensile impact strength of 800-1,300 KJ/m<SP>2</SP>, and an dart impact strength of a 30-100 KJ/m/50μm thickness.
