PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic drilling machine improved in waterproofness of a magnet with a simple structure and reduced in cost by simplifying a filling operation of resin mold, reducing frequency of repair or replacement due to an accident. SOLUTION: The magnetic drilling machine comprises: the magnet 2 having a magnet coil 8 wound around a bobbin 7 accommodated in a recess 6a of a magnet core 6; a stand mounted on the top of the magnet 2; and an electric drill vertically movably mounted on the stand. The entire magnet coil 8 is coated with an insulation layer 9 such as a rubber film, and the magnet coil 8 is fixed inside the recess 6a of the magnet core 6 by the resin mold 10.
