The reflecting device (1) has an intermediate wall which is arranged parallel to and at distance from upper wall (3). An upper regulating layer (7) provided with a duct (10) allows light which impinges on upper wall through intermediate wall when duct is filled with transparent resin and reflects light which impinges on upper wall when duct is empty. A lower wall is arranged parallel to and at distance from intermediate wall. A lower regulating layer is provided with structure which is prismatic in cross section.
