<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seal structure for enhancing oil recovery by restricting the leakage of oil air, and to provide a rolling bearing device. <P>SOLUTION: A seal lip of an oil seal 8 is installed in a rolling bearing device 2 so as to be extended toward a space SP to be sealed. The seal lip is pushed to an object member (a labyrinth ring 7) by the inner pressure of the space SP to which oil air is supplied, so as to enhance sealing performance. The annular seal ring 8 has a cut part in the circumferential direction, and both end surfaces thereof are brought in pressure-contact with each other for installation.
