CONTROL DEVICE FOR VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PUMP MOTOR TYPE TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a variable displacement pump motor type transmission capable of accumulating pressure from a closed circuit with which a pump motor communicates without changing a gear ratio.

SOLUTION: The control device comprises an accumulator communicating with a high pressure flow path which supplies a relatively high pressure fluid discharged by one variable displacement pump motor to the other variable displacement pump motor via a selector valve which has an opening/closing function, a target gear ratio calculating means (Step S8) for finding a target gear ratio to be set, and extrusion displacement control means (Steps S7-S15) for keeping the ratio of the extrusion displacement of one variable displacement type pump motor to that of the other at a value for setting the target gear ratio obtain by the target gear ratio calculating means when supplying the pressure fluid from the high pressure flow path to the accumulator and accumulating the pressure.
