<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device capable of enhancing light emission efficiency and capable of obtaining bright display image. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device is equipped with a thin film transistor formed on an insulating substrate 1, and an organic EL element connected to the thin film transistor and formed by laminating at least, an anode 15, an electroluminescent layer 17 and a cathode 18 in this order. The anode 15 contains one or more kinds of a group 8 3d transition metal and oxygen in aluminum, and has an Al alloy film 15a having conductivity and an amorphous ITO film 15b formed on the Al alloy film 15a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
