<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor improved in positioning function for stabilizing the fixation of an ABS sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device with a sensor comprises a magnetic encoder 9, which is fixed to an inner ring 2b and of which the magnetic characteristic is alternately changed in the circumferential direction, an ABS sensor 10 for detecting a magnetism change caused by the rotation of the magnetic encoder 9, and a seal device 8 for sealing the inner ring 2b and an outer ring 2a. The seal device 8 has an outer case 8a fitted on the outer ring 2a and an inner case 8b fitted on the inner ring 2b. The outer case 8a is integrally formed with a seal member 8c, and the magnetic encoder 9 is fixed to the inner case 8b, and an abutment surface 8a8 of the outer case 8a is made to abut on an end surface of the outer ring 2a, and a fixing member 10b for fixing the ABS sensor 10 is made to abut on the abutment part of the outer case 8a abutting on the end surface of the outer ring 2a, and the fixing member 10b and the outer case 8a are fixed by a fastening member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
