<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator for efficiently radiating the heat of a heating member, and suppressing the unnecessary noise of a fan. <P>SOLUTION: When the temperature of an amplifier part 2 is equal to or more than a predetermined temperature X1, and the temperature of an HDD5 is equal to or more than a predetermined temperature Y1, it is estimated that a fan 9 is rotated at a high speed. Therefore, when the rotating speed of a fan 8 is set to a high speed, air in a casing moves at a high speed, thereby efficiently heating the amplifier 2. When the temperature of the amplifier part 2 is equal to or more than a predetermined temperature X1, and the temperature of the HDD5 is less than the predetermined temperature Y1, it is estimated that the fan 9 is rotated at a low speed.
