摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nozzle vane drive mechanism in a turbocharger with a variable nozzle mechanism from being damaged by frozen condensation water. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle vane drive mechanism 37 is stored in a storage chamber 27 of a turbine housing 12. A first arm 26A and a second arm 26B are secured to a spindle 22 connected to a nozzle vane, and a unison ring 25 is undetachably engaged with the first arm 26A and the second arm 26B. A length L1 of the first arm 26A is shorter than a length L2 of the second arm 26B. An outer circumference 253 of the unison ring 25 is provided with a third circumference 253A on a bottom part 270 side of the storage chamber 27 and a fourth circumference 253B concentric with the third circumference 253A.
