<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cylinder from cracking in a pump whose discharge passage is tilted toward an axis line of a plunger insertion hole. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge passage 13c comprises a discharge passage lateral hole 130 which is located orthogonally to the axis line J1 of the plunger insertion hole 13a and is opened to a pump chamber 15, and a discharge passage oblique hole 131 which is tilted toward the axis line J1 of the plunger insertion hole 13a and extends from the discharge passage lateral hole 130 to an outside of the cylinder 13. The discharge passage oblique hole 131 is coupled to the discharge passage lateral hole 130 at a position distant from the pump chamber 15. The discharge passage lateral hole 130 opened to the pump chamber 15 is located orthogonally to the axis line J1 of the plunger insertion hole 13a. Hence, stress is uniformly generated in an opening at a side of the pump chamber15 in the discharge passage lateral hole 130, and thus the cylinder 13 can be prevented from cracking due to stress concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
