<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oxygen concentrator capable of being carried when going out and supplying the optimum amount of oxygen no matter where the oxygen concentrator is used. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator comprises: a pair of adsorbing cylinders for transmitting compressed air into the adsorbent of zeolite stored in a cylindrical body, selectively adsorbing nitrogen by the adsorbent and generating oxygen; a filter means for filtering raw material air to be the compressed air; a compressor means for obtaining the compressed air from the air filtered in the filter means; a switching valve switched so as to supply the compressed air alternately to the pair of adsorbing cylinders; a container for storing the generated oxygen; and an oxygen flow setting means for setting an oxygen supply amount. The compressor means is a horizontal opposing 2-cylinder type, the oxygen sensor is provided with an ammeter for measuring a current flowing to a wire material, and the wire material of composite ceramics for which LnBa<SB>2</SB>Cu<SB>3</SB>O<SB>7-Δ</SB>and Ln<SB>2</SB>BaCuO<SB>5</SB>are mixed is used for the wire material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
