RESIN TEMPERATURE MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling/disassembling while simplifying cleaning of a molten resin passage by constituting a body of a joined body of a pair of front and rear circular platens and forming a molten resin passage to the joined surface of the front and rear member of the body and to measure the temperature of a molten resin without detaching a mold by employing a circular platen as the installation platen provided to the rear part of the body so that the circular platen can be inserted in and locked with the locating hole of a mold attaching platen.

SOLUTION: The body of the resin temperature measuring instrument is constituted of a joint of a pair of front and rear platen like members, and an introducing hole and an outflow hole are provided to the front member while a sensor mounting hole is provided to the rear member on the axial line of the introducing hole. The branched grooves curved from both sides of the introducing hole to communicate with the outflow hole from two directions are formed to the joined surface of the front and rear members and closed by the joined surface to form the molten resin passage. A circular installation platen connected by the bolt provided through a support lever is provided to the rear part of the body. The circular installation platen has the diameter capable of being inserted in the locating hole of a mold attaching platen.
