<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suitably controlling P2P communication. <P>SOLUTION: A communication controller 10 includes first databases 50 provided by users: a user database 57 storing the user IDs and IP addresses, assigned to terminals of the users in a correspondence state; a user database update unit 460 which acquires a user ID of a terminal and an IP address imparted to the terminal from a connection management server 120 and registers them in the user database 57; a user identification unit which retrieves the IP address of the transmission source or transmission destination of communication data from the user database 57 to acquire a user ID; a retrieval circuit 30 which performs retrieving, by referring to a record of the first database 50 corresponding to the acquired user ID; and a processing execution circuit 40 which filters communication data of improper peer-to-peer communication or imparts low priority thereto based on a retrieved result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
