PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a radiating function to a cover outer portion, and to prevent secondary damage at an abnormality accompanied by the heat generation of an electric transformer with a terminal block in an electric component unit comprising the electric transformer with the terminal block. SOLUTION: A first electric component unit 20 is disposed in a casing of an outdoor machine of an air conditioner having a supply opening at its upper portion. The first electric component unit 20 comprises a box-shaped first switch box 21, and the electric transformer 50 with the terminal block disposed in the first switch box 21 and provided with the terminal block 52 formed of a thermoplastic resin on an electric transformer body 51. An opening 27 for radiation is formed at a bottom plate 23 of the first switch box 21, and the first electric component unit 20 is provided with a wall member 70 positioned at an upper part of the opening 27 for radiation and covering a lower part of the terminal block 52.
