FRONT PART VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front part vehicle body structure for an automobile capable of enhancing an energy absorbing function even in a vehicle in which a sufficient crash stroke cannot be secured and sharing a subframe among types of vehicle having different vehicle body weights. SOLUTION: A bent part 10c bent vertically in a stepped state is formed on a rear part of right and left side rail parts 10. The bent part 10c is provided with brittle parts 10d, 10e for inducing folding deformation by load input during a vehicle collision. A tabular reinforcing member 22 formed in accordance with the energy absorbing function of a front part vehicle body frame 1a with respect to load during a collision is mounted on the brittle parts 10d, 10e of the right and left side rail parts 10.
