PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction system, etc., sufficiently suppressing the decomposition or coagulation of reaction precursors and reducing the environmental load. SOLUTION: The reaction system to react a plurality of reaction precursors is provided with an oxidizing agent tank 51 and a nitrogen-containing compound tank holding each of reaction precursors, a reaction means to perform the reaction of the oxidizing agent and the nitrogen-containing compound supplied from the oxidizing agent tank 51 and the nitrogen-containing compound tank, and a heat exchanging part to perform the heat-exchange with the oxidizing agent held in the oxidizing agent tank 51. The heat exchanging part has a flow channel formed in the side wall 511 of the oxidizing agent tank 51 in a heat-conductive manner and flowing a cooling medium, and a heating medium supplying means to supply a heating medium to the flow channel. The flow channel is almost hermetically closed except for the inlet port 524a connected to the heating medium supplying means and receiving the cooling medium and an outlet port 524b to discharge the cooling medium.
