<p>Provided is a NOx-reducing apparatus arranging structure, which is enabled by enlarging a space around a hydraulic pump to isolate a reducing catalyst constituting a heat source and a hydraulic hose connected to the hydraulic pump, so that the apparatus can be applied to a construction machine having a restricted width. The NOx-reducing apparatus arranging structure for a hydraulic shovel comprises a PM collecting filter (20) and a urine reducing catalyst (22) arranged in the exhaust passage of an engine (14), respectively, for collecting floating particle substances in the exhaust gas of the engine (14) and for reducing and purifying the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the engine (14). Further comprised are a urine water spraying device (23) for spraying urine water into the exhaust passage of the engine (14), a urine water feeding device (25) for feeding the urine water to the urine water spraying device (23), and a urine water tank (24) for reserving the urine water to be introduced to the urine water feeding device (25). The NOx-reducing apparatus arranging structure is constituted such that a counter weight (12) has a recess (12a) formed to arrange the urine reducing catalyst (22) therein, and such that the PM collecting filter (20) is arranged in an engine room (11) so that the urine reducing catalyst (22) and the PM collecting filter (20) may form the shape of an L-letter.</p> |
