<p>Disclosed is a spinning-air sieving device which can perform a stable operation continuously for a long time and permits sieving of fine particles in the region of less than 50µm while maintaining a high precision of sieving despite low costs and an extremely simple structure of the device. Also disclosed is a spinning-air sieving method. A tubular sieving case (2) having an internal space partitioned by a sieving net (3) into an upper space (5) and a lower space (4) is provided, powder material is supplied through a supply port (15) onto a bottom plate (10) set over an opening at the lower end with a gap (12) in between, and air in the case (2) is sucked upward by means of a suction blower (7). The powder material thus supplied is scattered and sucked upward by an air flow sucked through the gap (12) along the bottom plate (10), and fine powder passed through the sieving net (3) is passed through a fine powder collection path (6) and collected in a fine powder collection container (9) by means of a cyclone (8). Coarse powder remaining in the lower space (4) drops gravitationally into a coarse powder collection port (20) and collected in a coarse powder collection container (21).</p> |
