A differential gearing with capacity of locking differential is provided to have a simple structure and to perform a stable operation. The differential gearing with capacity of locking differential comprises the housing(10), the rotator(12), and the first and 2 sun gears(61, 62), first planetary gear(30), the ring gear(50), second planet gear(40), the clutch member(70) and driving part(80). The body of rotation is positioned inside the housing. The torque is delivered from the engine and rotates. The first and second sun gear are separated each other. The first and second sun gears rotate around the body of rotation. The clutch member is separated from the ring gear or is coupled with by the bonding means. The clutch member controls the rotation of the ring gear about the body of rotation.
