A multifunctional water control valve is provided to facilitate maintenance and prevent a pedestrian from colliding with a fire hydrant by not installing the fire hydrant on the pedestrian road. A multifunctional water control valve comprises a valve casing(100), a flange part(200), a rotary part(300), a valve rod(400), a valve disc(500), a branch pipe, and a body. In the valve casing, a drainpipe is connected to both ends in which a flow path is formed. The flange part is connected to the flow path of the valve casing. The rotary part is connected to the flange part to be rotated. A handle cap(310) is installed on the top of the rotary part. The valve rod is fixed to the bottom of the rotary part. The valve disc has a guide hole(510) in which a screw groove(511) is formed along the inner circumference. The flow path of the valve casing is opened and is closed with the valve disc.
