PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external connection terminal board for an IC card which can be well connected to an IC chip.

SOLUTION: An external connection terminal board 3 for the IC card includes: an insulating board 12 which has a through-hole 12A; an external connection terminal 13 including a conductor and provided on one surface of the board 12; and a solder bump 14 electrically connected to the external connection terminal 13 in the through-hole 12A and formed so as to project from the through-hole 12A in the other surface of the board 12.
