<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that prevents the occurrence of dilation or ball-like protrusions of aluminum in a backside electrode portion of a solar cell substrate after sintering and reduces a warpage of the substrate caused by the backside electrode portion. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell includes a silicon substrate 1 having a light receiving surface, a first electrode layer 7 containing aluminum formed on a surface opposite to the light receiving surface of the silicon substrate 1, a second electrode layer 6 containing aluminum and silicon formed between the first electrode layer 7 and the silicon substrate 1, and a BSF layer 9 formed between the second electrode layer 6 and the silicon substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
