<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for properly relaying communication data. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus includes: a plurality of ports for connecting the control apparatus to each of a plurality of communication apparatus; a first database 50 storing reference data used as a reference for determining any one of the plurality of communication apparatus to which the communication data should be transmitted, and a port connected to a communication apparatus to which the communication data including the reference data should be transmitted so that reference data and the port are associated with each other; a searching circuit 30 for capturing the communication data not destined to its own apparatus and passing through a network, and searching whether the reference data is included in the payload of the captured communication data; and a processing execution circuit 40 for transmitting the communication data including the reference data through a port associated with the reference data.
