<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for properly relaying communication data. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus includes: a plurality of ports for connecting the control apparatus to each of a plurality communication apparatus; a first database 50 for storing reference data used as a reference for determining any one of the plurality of communication apparatus to which the communication data should be transmitted, and a port through which the communication data including the reference data should be transmitted so that the reference data and the port are associated with each other; a searching circuit 30 for searching the whether reference data is included in a payload of the acquired communication data; and a processing execution circuit 40 for transmitting the communication data including the reference data through the port associated with the reference data. The communication control apparatus includes a plurality of databases for a plurality of different kinds of communication control as the first database 50 and a second database 60.
