CONNECTION CONTROL SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a virtual communication path by taking, as a starting point, a connection request from a terminal connected to an external network other than a network with a communication device connected thereto.

SOLUTION: The correspondence, between a first identifier for uniquely identifying a communication device connected to a first network on the first network and a second identifier used for uniquely identifying the communication device by a user using a terminal connected to a second network, is stored in an identifier storage part; a virtual communication path creation request requesting the creation of a virtual communication path among a plurality of communication devices is received along with the respective second identifiers from the terminal connected to the second network; the identifier storage part is searched by using the respective second identifiers included in the virtual communication path creation request as a search key to acquire the respective first identifiers; and the virtual communication path in the first network is created among the respective communication devices identified from the respective first identifiers.
