<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device capable of accurately detecting temperatures of an object to be heated on a top plate, since: it can cope with temperature detection covering a wide range, and detected temperatures have no error. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device includes an infrared detecting means 6 for detecting infrared from the object to be heated, a first temperature detecting means 9 for detecting the temperature of the object to be heated from the output of the infrared detecting means 6, a second temperature detecting device 10 for detecting the temperature of a top plate for placing the object to be heated, and a control means 11 for controlling heating output in accordance with the output of the temperature detecting means 9, 10. The first temperature detecting means 9 has an output subtracting means 13 for subtracting the output of the infrared detecting means 6 in accordance with the temperature detecting means 10, and an amplification means 12 for amplifying the output, wherein the control means 11 controls heating output to a heating coil in accordance with the output to the amplification means 12. Accordingly, since the device can cope with temperature detection covering a wide range in order to amplify the amount of infrared after subtraction, and the detected temperatures have no error, the temperature of the object to be heated on the top plate can be accurately detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
