<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a connector on a circuit board precisely and simply without making the circuit board large in size. <P>SOLUTION: In a connection process of a connector 1 to a circuit board 3, the connector 1 is positioned by a resin seating 7 with good thermal resistance provided in the connector 1. At this time, the resin seating 7 is provided at the outside of the circuit board 3, thereby, large sizing of the circuit board 3 can be prevented. Thereafter, in a state that the connector 1 is positioned to the circuit board 3, the connector 1 is reflow-soldered to the circuit board 3.
