<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent handwriting information erroneously created by a handwriting information creation device which creates handwriting information from being transmitted to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A code image is read from a medium with the code image printed thereon, and prescribed information is acquired by a data processing part 612 from a read code image, and handwriting information relevant to the user's writing operation to the medium is created by a handwriting information creation part 612d based on the acquired prescribed information.
