<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic structure of an electronic control unit that improves antistatic property without lowering the mounting density of a printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic structure of the electronic control unit includes the printed circuit board on which an electronic component is mounted. A first arrestor 24a, a second arrestor 24b, a third arrestor 24c, and a fourth arrestor 24d are disposed on wiring connecting an input terminal 14a and a microcomputer 11 to each other.
