SENSOR NODE, SENSOR NETWORK SYSTEM, AND OSCILLATION MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the restriction of power consumption amount and communication band of a sensor node while setting the timing of acquiring an observed value of a sensor at the optimal value, and to certainly detect abnormal oscillation of an observing object. SOLUTION: This sensor node includes: a sensor for measuring physical quantity to be observed, a control section for sampling a physical quantity measured by the sensor at a predetermined frequency and acquiring the observed value; and a radio communication section for transmitting the observed value acquired by the control section. The control section has a detection section for detecting the fact that the oscillation frequency of the observed value to be observed differs from the sampling frequency, and an adjusting section for varying the sampling frequency so that it matches with the oscillation frequency to be observed.
