PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baffle plate easily lockable in a heat exchange pipe. SOLUTION: In this baffle plate having a plurality of partitioning plates obtained by alternately cutting and raising a flat plate and inserted into the heat exchange pipe, the partitioning plate positioned at the uppermost portion is provided with a locking projection piece kept into contact with an inner wall of the heat exchange pipe, and locked in the heat exchange pipe by being bridged to the flat plate, thus the baffle plate does not float up even if pressure temporarily rises in ignition, a metallic sound is not generated, and the baffle plate can be used at ease. Furthermore, since the locking projection piece is disposed only at the partitioning plate of the uppermost portion, inconvenience in assembling is not caused, and assembling can be easily performed only by paying attention to the last process for inserting the baffle plate to the heat exchange pipe.
