PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition for an engineering plastic which has excellent adhesiveness to the engineering plastic or the like. SOLUTION: The primer composition for the engineering plastic contains (A) a polyester polyol produced by using at least one dicarboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of phthalic acid, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, adipic acid and sebacic acid, and having≤15,000 number average molecular weight, and (B) a polyisocyanate.
