The lifter (1) has a whirl element (2) with a set of whirl jets (3) arranged over entire surface of the base tub lifter, where the jets are turned towards the body of a person. The whirl jets are subjected with compressed air and with water standing under pressure, where the air is mixed with the water at a standing under pressure. A seat plate (1b) and a backrest (1d) are designed as inner hollow whirl elements, where the whirl jets open upwardly to the body of the bathing. A supply tube (4) feeds the compressed air into the whirl element.
