The device (10) has a retaining bracket (40) for vertically and/or horizontally movable and/or pivotable at a screw (20) for realizing a desired mounting position. A retaining arm (41) enables the retaining bracket to be braced into the desired mounting position against a lower surface of a floor e.g. double floor, by a clamping nut (30). A cutting tooth (43) is provided at a free end of the retaining arm for pressing of the retaining bracket into the desired mounting position against and/or into a wall of a recess in the floor by the clamping nut.
