The cassette (1) has a frame part (25) i.e. deep profile, with a contact surface (24) oriented in a component part carrier in an insertion direction of the cassette. A printed circuit board (PCB) (10) at a rear end has a retaining part (20), which is connected with the PCB. The retaining part has a front stopper (22) with a front stopper surface (23), which is directed in a direction of a front side of the PCB. The front stopper with the front stopper surface lies against a contact surface of the frame part such that the PCB is arranged in a defined position in the cassette. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a printed circuit board in a printed circuit board cassette.
