<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating apparatus which increases the amount of power generation. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus 100 has a first piezoelectric part 11 (a second piezoelectric part 13) and a first hit part 15 (a second hit part 16) for hitting the first piezoelectric part 11 (the second piezoelectric part 13), and constituted to relatively vibrate to the first piezoelectric part 11 (the second piezoelectric part 13).
