<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing implement for fixing a member to be fitted, having a fixing hole, to an underlayer material by which a head part of the fixing implement is prevented from crushing when the fixing implement is driven by using a tool, and the head part is inhibited from projecting from the surface of the member to be fitted. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing implement 1 is used to fix the member to be fitted 9, having the fixing hole 10 penetrating in the direction of the thickness, to the underlayer material 11. The fixing implement 1 comprises a screw part 2, a connecting part 3 formed at a rear end of the screw part 2, and a head part 4 formed at a rear end of the connecting part 3. The screw part 2 is provided with a threaded part 6 having a screw thread 5 formed on the front end side. The screw part has a cutting part 8 having a reamer 7 on the side of the head part 4.
