SOLUTION: An adjustment means 5 corrects a model prediction error to an MPC controller 3 which performs disturbance compensation using the model prediction error and model prediction control using a model of a control object 2 by use of an adjustment parameterα, whereby the degree of disturbance compensation by the MPC controller 3 can be adjusted.
