PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to enjoy the way in which a pattern or the like changes using a magnet, or create characters, figures, etc., or learn to know how to attack and defend in games such as Go and Shogi. SOLUTION: A learning kit includes a magnetically-attracting or magnetizable magnetic sheet 2 joined to one end of a cover piece or a front cover that covers a plurality of previously printed paper sheets 4 bound into a book, the magnetic sheet 2 insertable between the paper sheets when folded back. The magnetic sheet is folded back and inserted between certain of the paper sheets as a base, so that a user plays a game by directly attaching either a slip of paper with a magnet or a piece to the necessary portion of a desired page printed in advance, to create certain characters or patterns, etc. The user can learn by directly attaching pieces of Shogi, Go or the like to explanations printed in advance, without having to constantly move his or her visual focus over a wide range in relation to explanation pages, so that the user seldom loses sight of explanations on the pages. Normal sheets are used except the magnetic sheets, thereby significantly reducing the weight of the kit as a whole, and also providing improved safety and reduced costs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
